The Dubai office plays a pivotal role in engaging stakeholders across the Middle East and Africa.
Job Summary:
HKTDC’s Dubai office is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support trade promotions, marketing initiatives, and buyer engagement for Hong Kong and regional fairs. This is a full-time on-site role, ideal for candidates with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate buyer recruitment and engagement activities for HKTDC trade fairs.

Manage direct mailer (DM) distribution for Hong Kong and local events.

Assist with the operation of publication booths and information counters across the Middle East.

Provide support for trade missions and promotional projects in the Middle East and Africa.

Handle press and publicity initiatives in the region.

Manage HKTDC Dubai office social media accounts.

Assist in designing and creating content for publicity materials and promotional campaigns.

Promote HKTDC’s services to relevant stakeholders.

Carry out IT support tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Knowledge of marketing and multimedia channels is an added advantage.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic and Putonghua is a plus.
