Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist
Job Description:
PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is expanding its dynamic team and is seeking a driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our growing organization. As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of tourism and business services. You will work directly with clients, contractors, and partners to increase sales and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Effectively communicate and promote the company’s products and services to potential clients and partners.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with professionalism.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct meetings (both in-person and virtual) with clients or contractors to discuss service offerings and finalize deals.

Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system and follow through on leads.

Work closely with the team to identify and attract contractors for associated products and services.
Required Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-based or tourism sector.

Proficiency in telephone sales and strong communication skills.

Expertise in negotiation and customer relationship management.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.

Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Creative problem-solving skills.
Requirements:

UAE residency visa (company registration, sponsor, or partner visa) is mandatory for Iranian nationals.

Minimum 2 years of work and living experience in the UAE.

Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Preferred Experience:

Obtaining residency or setting up companies in the UAE.

Experience in tourism, business consulting, or related sales fields.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
