Role Overview:
The Marketing and Business Development Assistant will support the Middle East BD and Marketing Team in implementing strategy, marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and client engagement programs. This role reports to the Business Development Manager and requires collaboration across offices, sectors, and central teams to enhance the firm’s brand and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of business development and marketing strategies.

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and client relationship programs.

• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to enhance the firm’s reputation.

• Create accurate, detailed work to support BD and marketing activities.

• Collaborate across sectors and offices to deepen client engagement.

• Adapt to a fast-changing environment, showing initiative and resilience.

• Support ad hoc marketing and business development projects as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing or business development, ideally in legal or professional services.

• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset.

• Based in the UAE with relevant work experience.
