We are seeking a Marketing & Administrative Executive to support daily marketing operations, brand management, and administrative coordination for all business units at Lifestyle. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, liaising with vendors, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth execution of branding and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for retail, home decor, or fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.

Assist in vendor management, handling logistics, procurement, and external partner coordination for events.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal documentation.

Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Marketing Duties:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.

Collaborate with creative teams for branding, advertising, and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with customers online.

Support e-commerce operations, including website updates and online sales coordination.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 2-4 years of experience in marketing and administration, preferably in retail, home decor, or fashion.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
✔ Familiarity with retail operations and customer engagement.
