Daikin Middle East and Africa, a global leader in innovative air conditioning solutions, is looking for a Market Intelligence Intern for a 6-month internship opportunity in Dubai. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in market research, data analysis, and business intelligence.

The intern will play a key role in setting up and managing the Market Intelligence Program, supporting the development and optimization of Daikin’s internal market insights platform using Power BI and other tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and international affiliates to design processes, consolidate and validate market data, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a business owner in the Market Intelligence Program setup phase.

• Collaborate with the PMO, functional experts, and affiliate teams to co-design the program framework.

• Evaluate and onboard intelligence tools and platforms.

• Develop and maintain the market intelligence platform and dashboards in Power BI.

• Lead data consolidation and validation efforts.

• Prepare and publish Market Pulse Reports for internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate with affiliate contributors for data input and reporting.

• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvements in reporting and data quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience & Knowledge:

• 0–1 year of experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Interest in understanding markets, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
