A reputable marine services company in Dubai is seeking a Marine Procurement and Logistics Executive to manage procurement and logistics operations for offshore vessels. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in supporting various vessel types, such as Accommodation Barges, AHT, AHTS-DP1/DP2, and other offshore support vessels operating in Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes for offshore marine vessels

• Coordinate international and local logistics to ensure timely material and service delivery

• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance tracking

• Ensure compliance with international maritime procurement and logistics standards

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and inventory

• Collaborate with vessel operations and project teams to align logistics with operational needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics within the marine/offshore industry

• Familiarity with offshore support vessels such as AHT, AHTS, DP1/DP2, and accommodation barges

• Strong understanding of global shipping regulations and logistics documentation

• Excellent organizational and vendor management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
