About the Role:
Guildhall, a leading HR & headhunting consultancy, is expanding its team and looking for a Mandarin-speaking Recruitment Consultant to support our growing business. This role involves talent acquisition, business development, and client relationship management across mid-to-senior-level placements in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Talent Acquisition (TA): Identify, engage, and manage candidates for mid-to-senior-level roles.
✅ Business Development (BD): Develop new client relationships and expand recruitment networks.
✅ Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to support recruitment strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
✔ Work experience in the UAE with familiarity with the local market and business environment.
✔ Previous experience working in a multicultural company is a plus.
✔ Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
