Role Description:
GEMS Education is conducting in-person interviews in Manchester on 25th October 2026 to recruit outstanding Primary and Secondary teachers for Dubai schools starting August 2026. Teachers will deliver high-quality education, inspire students to achieve their best, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the National Curriculum for England at Primary or Secondary levels (KS1–5).

• Develop engaging, evidence-informed lesson plans that enhance learning outcomes.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

• Participate in professional development programs and school events.

Requirements:

• Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent).

• Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England at Primary or Secondary level.

• Strong subject knowledge and proven record of delivering outstanding teaching.

• Collaborative, innovative, and reflective approach to education.

• Passion for nurturing the potential of every student.

• UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check required.
