Max Accelerate Technology Group is launching a dynamic new Tech Recruitment Division, and they’re seeking a Managing Partner to lead and build this unit from the ground up. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial recruitment leader experienced in both contract and permanent tech placements.
As a Managing Partner, you’ll launch, grow, and scale a client-facing recruitment business under a fast-growth tech group. You’ll shape strategy, manage operations, and lead high-performing 360° teams while earning equity, competitive commission, and complete operational autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:

Launch and lead a new tech recruitment division focused on contract and perm hiring

Build and manage 360° recruitment teams

Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and operational systems

Drive business development, client acquisition, and candidate engagement

Expand into high-demand tech sectors like AI, Salesforce, ERP, or software engineering
-
Manage P&L, growth strategy, and partner-level performance metrics

Build your own recruitment tech stack and lead with full autonomy
Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in tech recruitment (contract and/or perm)

Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment teams and brands
-
Deep understanding of full-desk/360° recruitment processes

Experience in boutique/specialist agencies (e.g. ERP, cloud, or software sectors)

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen

Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills

Comfortable in a startup environment with high autonomy and accountability
