Manager – Training Academy

Our Training Academy is dedicated to delivering transformative soft skills and professional development courses. We aim to equip individuals and organizations with the essential tools to succeed through world-class training, thought leadership, and innovation. We are looking for a Manager – Training Academy to lead this initiative, with a focus on managing training teams, designing high-impact programs, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate training and consulting, proven experience in managing teams, and a vision for growing and evolving the academy’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of soft skills and technical trainers.

  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of impactful training programs and courses.

  • Ensure training quality is consistent and adheres to global learning standards.

  • Build partnerships with subject-matter experts to enhance the academy’s curriculum.

Business & Brand Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the academy’s presence and reach.

  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to position the academy as a regional leader in training and development.

  • Represent the academy at corporate events, networking forums, and industry platforms.

  • Drive client acquisition and retention through B2B partnerships and enterprise training solutions.

Operational & Strategic Management:

  • Manage budgets, resource planning, and the day-to-day operations of the academy.

  • Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

  • Identify emerging market trends and training needs to keep the academy ahead of the curve.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant educational and professional standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or corporate consulting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Experience with multinational corporations or global consulting firms is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in team leadership, program development, and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technology.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a business unit independently.
