The role involves managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the quality and customer satisfaction of delivered solutions. The Technical Project Manager will also ensure compliance with industry standards and foster strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.

• Develop project roadmaps, set milestones, and ensure execution according to plans.

• Oversee CCTV project implementation from initiation to closure.

• Manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth installation and integration.

• Provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and address concerns with empathy.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards for security systems.

• Liaise with infrastructure vendors to ensure quality service delivery.

• Oversee the support and maintenance framework for deployed smart city solutions.

• Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.

• Track action items, manage issues, and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience managing technical projects, especially in Analytics or Surveillance systems.

• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven projects.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Familiarity with AI trends and applications, and integrating them into business strategies.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
