Condé Nast Middle East is hiring a Manager, Social & Video Strategy to lead social media and video content strategies for Vogue Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily content planning, editing, and publishing across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. This role blends creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and video production with a strong focus on the fashion, media, and digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting and content optimization across social platforms.

• Edit and select engaging visual content including photos and video.

• Develop and implement strategic plans around major events (Oscars, Met Gala, etc.).

• Create and edit video content for long and short formats.

• Collaborate with creative production and commerce teams to enhance digital campaigns and traffic.

• Align local strategies with global Vogue social media direction.

• Track KPIs, provide insights, and adjust strategies based on performance.

• Support branded content and sponsorship implementation in coordination with Sales.

• Stay current on social trends and platform features.

• Attend and cover fashion events, red carpets, and launches for live content creation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or video, ideally within fashion, media, or creative industries.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

• Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong writing skills for captions and headlines.

• Knowledge of internet and social media culture and trends.

• Experience in live event coverage and community management.

• Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven content strategies.

• Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
