AXIAN Group is seeking a Manager Routing & QoS to oversee the compliance of local and international voice interconnection processes with defined standards and budget goals. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue while ensuring service quality (QoS) for voice and SMS services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring KPIs: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to interconnection, quality, and performance.

• Tariff & Agreement Management: Implement and monitor tariffs and agreements with partners and operators.

• Routing Optimization: Manage routing tools to optimize costs and quality of voice and SMS flows.

• Dashboard Management: Develop and update internal dashboards to track performance.

• Reconciliation Process: Supervise reconciliation processes with partners, coordinating with operational companies (Opco’s).

• Flow Analysis & Direct Interconnection Opportunities: Analyze SMS/voice flows and identify opportunities for direct interconnection.

• Quality Tests: Manage periodic quality tests for voice and SMS (P2P, A2P, M2M, IoT).

• Cross-Department Coordination: Work with technical, billing, revenue assurance, and other teams.

• Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking of best practices within the group to improve financial performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of telecom technologies and inter-operator relationships.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of SQL databases (a plus).

  • Experience with billing/interconnection tools (Odine, DWH, IN, etc.).

• Behavioral Skills:

  • Analytical ability with strong organizational and autonomous work ethic.

  • Ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
