The Manager, Resilience Systems & Programs, will lead the development and implementation of resilience strategies and programs to enhance the organization’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. This role ensures the integration of resilience systems across business functions, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement of resilience capabilities.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Oversee the design and management of risk and resilience programs for organizational vulnerabilities (cyber threats, physical security risks, etc.)

Integrate resilience systems across IT, operations, HR, finance, and other business functions

Develop and maintain risk and resilience system strategies, tools, and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to resilience and continuity

Lead cross-functional initiatives and evaluate technology solutions for resilience programs

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and adjust based on feedback
-
Manage and maintain documentation, quality control policies, and systems related to risk and resilience

Prepare and deliver regular progress and status reports to senior management
Experience & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Risk Management, or equivalent
-
9+ years of experience in risk management, business continuity, and crisis management
-
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MBCI, CBCP, SIRM, IRMCert)
-
Knowledge of IT systems, business continuity regulations, and protocols

Project management experience
Desired Requirements:

Master’s degree in a related field

12+ years of relevant working experience

Senior-level membership in industry bodies (e.g., FBCI, MBCP, CMIRM)
