The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Manager – Quality and Food Safety to lead quality systems and sustainability initiatives across the Middle East region. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in quality systems management, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on implementing Coca-Cola’s KORE system, supporting bottling partners, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and sustainability performance.
Responsibilities:
– Implement and monitor The Coca-Cola Quality System (KORE) across all operations.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal quality standards.
– Lead quality and food safety assessments, corrective actions, and continuous improvement plans.
– Provide technical guidance for new plant setups, product launches, and process validations.
– Manage product and package quality performance in the market.
– Support sustainability engagement with customer teams in Retail and FSOP.
– Conduct audits and training for bottling partners and internal teams.
– Develop and maintain master mixing instructions and technical documentation.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
– Experience: 3+ years in quality systems management in a manufacturing environment (preferably consumer goods).
– Skills & Knowledge:
– Strong understanding of ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, GFSI, and food regulatory standards.
– Familiarity with sustainability topics (water, energy, packaging, agriculture).
– Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and risk mitigation.
– Experience in bottling operations and auditing processes.
– Language: Arabic fluency required; strong English communication skills.
– Other: Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills.
