Mastercard, a global technology leader in the payments industry, is hiring a Manager, Product Management for their Loyalty & Offers division, covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA). This hybrid, full-time role based in Dubai focuses on enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty through innovative offer programs like Mastercard Travel Rewards and card-linked services.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and expert project manager with deep knowledge of loyalty programs, digital marketing technologies, and partnership management. This role involves working closely with global and regional teams, banks, vendors, and technology partners to roll out scalable loyalty solutions and drive cardholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Mastercard Travel Rewards and card-linked offer programs in EEMEA

Manage partnerships with offer aggregators and onboard content publishers

Create and deliver end-to-end loyalty solutions for B2B and B2C environments

Support new reward solution rollouts by leading cross-functional teams

Manage local vendors for loyalty programs including onboarding and billing
-
Identify, qualify, and execute technology and offer partnerships in EEMEA
-
Develop go-to-market strategies, case studies, and sales enablement materials
-
Collect insights from customers and partners to enhance product offerings
-
Ensure seamless delivery of services and support new customer pitches as product expert

Oversee project deliveries, pilot launches, and process documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
-
8+ years in the loyalty or marketing space, with 4+ years in marketing technology or product management

Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and media development
-
Knowledge of EEMEA’s digital landscape, including Middle East, Turkiye, Central Asia, and Africa

Proven experience managing end-to-end digital performance marketing campaigns

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority projects

Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
