• adidas is seeking a Manager PRO GCC to manage government affairs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory procedures across the UAE and GCC regions. The role involves handling trade license applications, civil defense certifications, sales permissions, and other government documents to maintain smooth business operations. You will be the key liaison with local authorities, overseeing approvals and ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Company Secretary Function: Organize board meetings, general meetings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

• Government Liaison: Represent adidas with government entities (e.g., police, ministries, municipalities) and handle trade licenses, civil defense certifications, and other required permits.

• Trade License Management: Manage applications for new and renewed licenses for retail locations, including pop-up stores.

• Marketing Approvals: Obtain necessary permits for marketing activities across the UAE.

• Sales Permissions: Oversee approvals for store promotions, sales, special offers, and discounts.

• External PRO Management: Manage external PROs in Saudi Arabia, ensuring licenses and certifications are obtained smoothly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience dealing with local authorities and public sector processes.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, experience with government online portals, and proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Additional Requirements: Driving license and own car.
