Four Seasons is looking for a Manager, PMS Operations EMEA to oversee and support the implementation of brand standards for Property Management Systems (PMS) across the EMEA region. The role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and PMS systems, with a focus on standardizing processes, managing regional system requirements, and supporting system enhancements. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work from the Dubai Corporate Office with 3 days in-office.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive standardization of PMS processes in rooms operations and reporting.

Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA properties on PMS matters.

Assist in the implementation of PMS enhancements and configuration to meet regional business needs.

Lead pre-opening staging, setup, and training for new properties.

Maintain relationships with regional stakeholders including Rooms Council and regional office teams.

Communicate system changes, new versions, upgrades, and functionality issues to all stakeholders.

Identify and prioritize operational helpdesk requests to improve PMS standards and best practices.

Manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in hotel operations (preferably rooms).

Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills.

Strong decision-making skills and business acumen.
