Air Arabia is seeking a Manager – Planning, Records & Warranty to supervise maintenance action plans, manage warranties, and ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations for aircraft. The role involves overseeing maintenance strategies, documentation, and warranty claims for Air Arabia’s fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintenance Planning & Execution

Oversee short, medium, and long-term maintenance strategies and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with CAMO regulations and Air Arabia’s operational standards.

Complete 98% of planned events efficiently to maximize aircraft utilization.
✅ Documentation & Records Management
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance, manuals, and certifications.

Archive work packages, job cards, and warranty documents for all fleet and third-party aircrafts.
✅ Warranty Management

Review and ensure proper warranty claims are made with manufacturers, OEMs, and vendors.

Engage in negotiations for Free of Charge (FOC) replacements of high-value consumables.

Monitor warranty performance for engines, components, and defects to ensure successful settlement.
✅ Team Leadership & Development

Lead a team in addressing queries and ensuring effective warranty claim processing.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to build an engaged, high-performing team.
Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 Education & Certifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
💼 Experience & Expertise:

10+ years in the aviation industry, with at least 5 years in aircraft maintenance planning, technical records, and warranty management.

Experience with Airbus A320 aircraft is highly preferred.
