Deyaar Development PJSC is seeking a highly experienced Manager – Payroll and Benefits Administration to lead the design, execution, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs. You will be instrumental in ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness — all while aligning rewards strategies with organizational objectives.

This is a senior-level HR opportunity for professionals with a strategic mindset and deep expertise in payroll, employee benefits, job evaluations, and manpower budgeting.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that align with Deyaar’s growth and workforce goals.

  • Lead payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

  • Administer benefits programs, including medical, wellness, and retirement plans.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain fair, competitive compensation.

  • Oversee bonus, incentive, and performance-linked compensation frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and reporting standards.

  • Collaborate with IT/ERP teams to maintain and optimize HR and payroll systems.

  • Produce HR analytics and insights from payroll and compensation data to support workforce planning.

  • Manage the annual manpower budget for compensation and benefits.

  • Handle vendor management, audits, and employee queries related to pay and benefits.

  • Contribute to policy development for compensation, benefits, and reward systems.


🧠 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in compensation & benefits, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role.

  • Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, statutory benefits, and payroll regulations.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to extract insights from HRIS, ERP, or payroll systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated success in designing compensation frameworks, managing vendors, and driving cost-effective benefits strategies.
