Apparel Group is looking for a highly motivated Manager of Operations to lead their e-commerce operations team. The role will involve overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth inventory management. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform

• Optimize operational processes and implement cost-effective strategies

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners

• Oversee inventory levels and implement management systems

• Ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment

• Recruit, train, and develop team members

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in operations management (e-commerce or retail preferred)

• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems
