Kids First Group (KFG) is looking for a Nursery Manager to oversee operations at their growing network of nurseries. The ideal candidate will bring experience in early years education, with a passion for fostering a nurturing and educational environment. You will be responsible for curriculum planning, staff management, ensuring health and safety, and maintaining high standards of care for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee curriculum planning in collaboration with the Academic Manager.

• Ensure health and safety standards are met in the nursery.

• Manage report writing and staff training while achieving set targets.

• Maintain the nursery’s facilities, ensuring they are well-kept and safe for children.

• Foster a passionate and committed approach to early years education.

• Collaborate with parents to achieve the best academic outcomes for children.

• Actively contribute to extra-curricular activities.

• Develop positive relationships with all staff members and children.

• Engage in teamwork and flexible working with colleagues.

• Use a creative and enthusiastic approach both in the classroom and outside.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Cache Level 5 or University Degree in Early Years Education.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery management.

• Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in English.

  • Strong academic background with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to inspire and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Collaborative, with a passion for developing positive relationships.
