Digitas ME is seeking a Manager – Media to join their team, where you will oversee media planning and execution, manage client relationships, and support team development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling campaign management, and delivering strategic insights for innovative media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Platform Knowledge: Experience with offline and online media planning, including platforms like GWI, Statex, Xplan, DV360, Meta, TikTok, and Snap dashboards.

Campaign Management & Reporting: Oversee campaign execution from planning to reporting and optimization, interpreting data for insights.
-
Client & Team Support: Manage a team, support senior leads in maintaining client relationships, and manage deliverables.
-
Strategic & Insight Development: Develop media plans and presentations integrating consumer insights and data.
-
Financial Management: Handle budgets, track spending, and ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage relationships across internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) and external stakeholders.

Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive reviews and share-of-voice reporting.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

Collaborate with stakeholders to set up reporting and data tech infrastructure.

Keep senior management updated on client opportunities, risks, and business health.

Ensure team accountability for strategic insights and operational excellence.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset:

Foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity.

Facilitate the creation of best practices for improved operational efficiency.

Assist in interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and evaluating team members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Advertising).

Minimum 4 years of account management experience.

2+ years of success in leading and managing teams.

Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing principles.

Experience in media strategy for FMCG industries (preferred).

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
