This on-site role focuses on supporting franchisees in the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) region to implement localized marketing campaigns that align with global brand strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide franchisees in developing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms

• Collaborate with digital teams to create effective loyalty and third-party delivery programs

• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using both internal and external data

• Strategically plan and execute brand launches and new market entries

• Partner with culinary teams and franchisees to adapt menus to local preferences and market trends

• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all MEAI region marketing initiatives

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience; restaurant industry experience preferred

• Proven experience working in international or multicultural environments
