Dubai Holding is looking for an experienced Manager to lead IT-related projects within the Land Estates division. The role involves overseeing IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing program milestones, addressing risks, and ensuring successful project execution. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT programs and projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

• Develop proposals, manage program milestones, and address delays as needed.

• Define project objectives and ensure clear expectations and deliverables.

• Create and implement communication plans for transparency with stakeholders.

• Monitor program progress and analyze trends to inform decision-making.

• Manage resource allocation and ensure timely project delivery.

• Ensure effective project lifecycle management and meet established goals.

• Serve as the point of contact for team coordination and communication.

• Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and address issues during the transition period.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

• CISSP or similar certification for security-related knowledge (optional).

• 6-8 years of experience in Program and Project Management.

• Experience with IT, ERP, or construction project management.

• Real Estate industry experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and financial management skills.

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools like Microsoft Project Online.
