  • The Manager of Faculty Affairs is responsible for overseeing faculty administrative processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with HCT’s strategic objectives. The role includes managing faculty manpower, onboarding, workload management, performance reviews, and professional development, while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and fostering a positive faculty experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of faculty affairs strategies in alignment with HCT’s system-wide strategy.

  • Support long-term planning for faculty manpower, adjunct faculty development, and Emiratization policies.

  • Collaborate with HR and academic leadership to enhance faculty professional development pathways.

  • Manage faculty recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and credential verifications.

  • Coordinate and oversee faculty-related events, reward programs, and academic engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and faculty policies.

  • Oversee faculty performance appraisals, career progression, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in faculty management, HR, or academic operations.

  • Strong understanding of higher education policies, accreditation standards, and faculty governance.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and academic departments.

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading a team.
