Marriott International is hiring a Manager – Digital Sales to join the team at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital sales strategies and contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading hospitality brands.

Role Overview:
The Manager – Digital Sales will focus on enhancing digital marketing and sales initiatives, optimizing the online guest journey, and supporting sales strategies that contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive online revenue and bookings.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Optimize website content and ensure online brand presence is consistent and engaging.

  • Analyze digital metrics and prepare performance reports.

  • Identify trends and insights to maximize digital marketing performance.

  • Support special promotions, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships with digital agencies and technology partners.

  • Train and support property teams on digital sales best practices.

  • Maintain high standards of brand compliance in all online activities.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital sales, digital marketing, or eCommerce (preferably in hospitality or a related sector).

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Experience with CMS, CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital trends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Highly organized with a results-driven mindset.

Experience:

  • Mid-level management role.

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
