Saatchi & Saatchi MEA, a global leader in advertising and brand communications, is hiring a Communications Consultancy Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and deliver strategic communications. This hybrid, full-time role in Dubai requires a dynamic professional who can manage multi-market projects, collaborate across agency functions, and deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and agency relationship on a daily basis

• Support in developing strategic marketing and communication plans aligned with client objectives

• Coordinate across agency teams (strategy, content, creative, production, etc.) to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor communication trends

• Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships

• Lead, inspire, and guide junior executive team members

• Organize team meetings, track deliverables, and ensure project timelines are met

• Maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder management

• Ensure strong financial planning including budgeting and estimating

• Deliver clear briefs, reports, and strategic inputs with logical thinking and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, digital, media agency, or marketing/client-side roles

• Strong understanding of communication strategy, production ecosystem, and digital trends

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

• Proficient in managing multi-client, multi-market projects

• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and an eye for innovation

• Financially savvy with experience in budgeting and project estimation
