LEO MEA (Middle East & Africa) is looking for a Manager in Communications Consultancy to manage client relationships and communication strategies. This full-time, hybrid role requires expertise in the advertising and media industries, strong project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also help develop effective communication strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily client relationships and act as the point of contact between the agency and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication strategies that meet client goals.

Perform competitive audits/reports and stay updated on communication trends.

Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

Supervise and guide executive team members, ensuring smooth project execution.

Handle multiple client projects across markets, maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality output.

Take ownership of projects, ensuring they align with the agreed strategy and client requirements.

Manage project milestones, budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Traffic, Strategy, Creative, Production, etc.) to deliver results.

Problem-solve issues quickly and develop innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in communications, digital, or media agency, with a preference for marketing/client-side experience.

Strong understanding of the advertising and media industries.

Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies that support client goals.

Excellent communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling messages.

Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

In-depth knowledge of agency capabilities, tools, and processes.

Experience in budgeting and financial management.
