Manager – Communications Consultancy

LEO MEA (Middle East & Africa) is looking for a Manager in Communications Consultancy to manage client relationships and communication strategies. This full-time, hybrid role requires expertise in the advertising and media industries, strong project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also help develop effective communication strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily client relationships and act as the point of contact between the agency and clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication strategies that meet client goals.

  • Perform competitive audits/reports and stay updated on communication trends.

  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

  • Supervise and guide executive team members, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Handle multiple client projects across markets, maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality output.

  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring they align with the agreed strategy and client requirements.

  • Manage project milestones, budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Traffic, Strategy, Creative, Production, etc.) to deliver results.

  • Problem-solve issues quickly and develop innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, digital, or media agency, with a preference for marketing/client-side experience.

  • Strong understanding of the advertising and media industries.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies that support client goals.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling messages.

  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

  • In-depth knowledge of agency capabilities, tools, and processes.

  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
