Snap Inc. is hiring a Manager, Client Partner Acquisition to lead a team of Client Partners and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners. The role involves driving growth, setting strategies, meeting revenue targets, and leading a team within the digital media space.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth: Manage the growth of accounts within your vertical and inform client teams of trends.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners, ensuring they meet revenue quotas and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with clients and agency partners.

KPI-driven Strategies: Define and execute strategies to meet KPIs, and assess vertical trends to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Leadership Support: Assist in setting individual quotas and account lists for your team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience in digital media sales.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies within your vertical.

Ability to facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders.
