Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving project sales across the energy sector. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering and proven success in technical sales or project development.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Client & Market Development

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants (MEPs), contractors, and decision-makers in the oil & gas sector.

  • Analyze client requirements and offer tailored electrical and technical solutions.

  • Track and respond to tenders, RFQs, and prequalification requirements for major energy projects.

📈 Strategic Business Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities within target sectors and drive market penetration strategies.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to align with project deliverables and specifications.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

📅 Project Monitoring & Coordination

  • Monitor project timelines and milestone achievements, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Provide detailed business reports, forecasts, and account insights to management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Electrical Solutions.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Nationality: Indian, Filipino, Pakistani, or Sri Lankan.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong command of CRM software, MS Office Suite, and project tracking tools.

    • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive revenue from strategic accounts.
