Human Elevation is looking for a Manager of Business Development to join a law firm in Dubai. This role focuses on strategic business development activities, including acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting the firm’s services. The candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that increase the firm’s revenue, market share, and overall client engagement. The position involves client relationship management, networking, and coordinating business development efforts across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and promote the firm’s unique market profile as both international and independent.

Provide strategic business development advice to leadership, practice groups, and partners.

Expand relationships with existing clients and generate new business leads.

Coordinate business development activities across practices and offices.

Assist in the development and implementation of BD plans and track progress.

Stay updated on key industry developments and share insights with the firm.

Manage the creation of client-specific pitch materials.

Plan and support business development events (seminars, webinars, etc.).

Oversee marketing materials such as the website, newsletters, brochures, and other external communication.
Requirements:

Experience in business development within a law firm environment.
