PayMate is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager for Business Development (CEMEA), responsible for driving geographic expansion and market development in the CEMEA region. This full-time, on-site role involves acquiring new clients, servicing existing customers, and growing regional revenues. The successful candidate will manage key partnerships, including relationships with banks, corporates, SMEs, and other partners. The role requires a strong B2B sales background, including consultative selling and solution development for complex client needs, as well as experience in managing senior-level relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and reporting to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone with proven experience in payments, banking, or commercial card sales, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new client acquisition and customer servicing (B2B) across the CEMEA region.

Focus on the expansion and growth of PayMate’s product portfolio, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoice Discounting, and Invoice Financing.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing banks, corporates, SMEs, and other key partners in the region.

Collaborate with marketing to grow the PayMate product suite.

Identify and approach new banks, NBFCs, and payment partners, establishing relationships at the senior level (CXO).

Coordinate with multiple internal teams (solutions, product, marketing, legal, finance, compliance, tech) for seamless execution of deals.

Engage with senior leadership to report on business performance, market developments, and revenue growth.
Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in payments, banking, B2B sales, or commercial cards.

Proven track record in business development, account management, and relationship building.

Expertise in consultative selling and developing solutions for complex client needs.

Strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
