e& UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its Billing, Interconnect, and Revenue Sharing development function. This role requires deep technical knowledge of telecom billing systems and leadership experience in managing large-scale, mission-critical platforms. The ideal candidate will guide a team responsible for billing, BFMP (Billing Fraud Management Platform), and interconnect systems while ensuring high-quality deliverables, stability, and efficiency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Interconnect Billing, Revenue Sharing, and BFMP development teams

• Oversee product lifecycle activities: assessment, design, development, testing, and deployment

• Ensure robust solutions are delivered across all billing domains

• Provide Level 3 support for production environments

• Ensure billing KPIs are consistently met (accuracy, timeliness, reliability)

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments: Business, Revenue Assurance, Carrier & Wholesale, PMO, Operations, etc.

• Liaise with external vendors and evaluate solutions against Etisalat standards

• Lead and support bill cycle operations, incident resolution, and performance tuning

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support system migrations where necessary

• Review team performance and ensure quality standards are maintained

• Maintain a high level of communication and transparency across internal and external teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 14 years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS, with a strong background in billing systems

• Proficiency in CSG Interconnect Billing, Retail Billing (BSCS preferred)

• Experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux Administration

• Scripting knowledge: Shell, Python

• Familiarity with API technologies (SOAP, REST)

• Experience in container technologies and microservices

• Certifications in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or related Cloud technologies are a plus

• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
