Bahwan CyberTek, a global leader in digital transformation solutions, is hiring a Manager Administration for its UAE operations. This role is pivotal in leading and streamlining administrative functions to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing both people and processes to support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative operations in the UAE office.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the administrative team to drive performance and development.

Implement and uphold organizational policies, ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations.

Oversee office facilities, procurement, and vendor management to maintain smooth operational support.

Collaborate with senior leadership to support company-wide initiatives and improve internal communication.

Assist in administrative budgeting, expense tracking, and cost compliance.

Develop administrative performance metrics and continuously improve workflows and team output.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in administration, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
-
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Experience with vendor negotiation and facility management.
-
Prior experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.
