Emirates NBD is proud to support the UAE Government’s vision of empowering national talent by creating opportunities in a modern, innovative, and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking a UAE National to join our Regulatory Compliance team as Manager – Regulatory Compliance Advisory.
In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all communications with UAE regulatory bodies. You will interpret, implement, and advise on regulatory requirements across the bank, while ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), and other local regulations. This position plays a key part in safeguarding the bank’s integrity and maintaining its strong regulatory standing.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the recipient and disseminator of communications from regulatory authorities.

Provide timely regulatory compliance advisory services to business units and support functions.

Offer expert guidance on UAE regulatory requirements, excluding AML and Sanctions.

Translate regulatory documents received in Arabic.

Coordinate and respond to regulatory RFIs and inquiries in collaboration with relevant teams.

Track and maintain oversight of regulatory notices from CBUAE and SCA.

Disseminate circulars and updates to business heads and stakeholders.

Support new product processes by ensuring NPPA submissions are complete before CLT review.

Assist in internal and external audits pertaining to regulatory compliance.

Raise concerns or observations to the Senior Manager – Regulatory Compliance to support proactive decision-making.
Requirements:
-
UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Professional certifications or compliance training preferred.
-
4–6 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3–4 years in a regulatory compliance role within banking.

Strong understanding of CBUAE and SCA regulations.

Knowledge of core banking operations across Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking.

Proven project management and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
