You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage client engagements, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to the growth of our regional tax advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver high-level, technically complex business tax consulting projects.

• Provide tailored tax strategies and compliance advice to clients, ensuring the highest level of service.

• Manage day-to-day client engagements, oversee project deliverables, monitor risks, and ensure adherence to tax quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts within the region.

• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

• Collaborate across teams and service lines, contributing to strategic initiatives and market expansion.

• Utilize advanced technology and data-driven insights to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or related field; advanced degrees (MBA, LLM, Masters) and/or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Tax, ideally in a large consulting or professional services firm.

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across borders and within multicultural teams.

• Commercial awareness and in-depth knowledge of regional tax legislation and industry practices.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results under pressure.
