Job Summary:

We are looking for Emirati and for the role of Management Trainee (National Talent). This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Dubai, tailored for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing across the luxury AV, automation, and designer interiors sectors.

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), you will be mentored by experienced professionals and participate in a well-structured development program that builds essential skills in a customer-focused and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing and sales strategies for AV systems, smart automation, and designer furnishings.

• Engage customers to deliver an outstanding shopping and consultation experience.

• Identify client needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

• Participate in product demonstrations and educational presentations.
