Efficio is hiring an Emirati National Management Consultant to join their dynamic UAE team. This hybrid, full-time role will involve driving strategic procurement and supply chain solutions for clients across the MENA region. As part of Efficio’s growing team, you will work on complex client projects, manage data analysis, and guide junior consultants while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret client data to contribute to solution development.

• Drive data analysis and proactively identify key insights and issues.

• Manage multiple small to complex categories of client projects.

• Support junior consultants and ensure adherence to Efficio’s methodologies.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Set strategic direction and tailor solutions to client needs.

• Plan and implement strategies to achieve client outcomes.

• Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies.

• Participate in the recruitment process for junior consultants.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Emirati National.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

• Proven experience in management consulting, preferably in procurement or supply chain.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage relationships and provide strategic solutions.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
