Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Male Massage Therapist to join our team, bringing expertise in traditional massage techniques and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will create a serene and rejuvenating environment, customizing treatments to meet client needs and ensuring every guest leaves feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of traditional massage therapies with precision, care, and professionalism.

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment area at all times.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in massage and wellness therapy.

• Recommend and promote additional spa services and retail products to enhance the client experience.

• Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and personalized attention.

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within a high-end spa or wellness center.

• Strong knowledge of traditional massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• A strong passion for wellness, holistic healing, and client care.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.

• DHA license is NOT required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 5,500 to 11,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
