Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cosmetics products and accessories.

Apply make-up techniques to showcase products and engage customers.

Educate customers on product usage and current make-up trends.

Offer personalized product recommendations and link complementary items.

Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to individual needs.

Maintain brand representation and product knowledge at high standards.

Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintain store layout.

Operate the billing counter and manage POS transactions.

Process payments (cash, credit card, vouchers) and issue correct receipts/refunds.

Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive customer retention.

Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.

Greet customers, assist in product selection, and convert walk-ins into buyers.

Uphold the highest housekeeping and security standards in-store.

Be well-groomed and presentable at all times.

Stay updated with all Apparel Group brands to support cross-selling.

Be flexible to work extended hours during promotions or festivals.
Requirements:

Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail sales preferred.
