Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day facility maintenance and repair activities across office and residential properties. This role requires a practical professional capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks independently while ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance across office and residential facilities

• Carry out minor repairs, painting, finishing, and basic construction work

• Handle common maintenance tasks independently without external support

Facility Inspections & Troubleshooting

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently

Equipment & Installation

• Assemble and install office furniture and equipment

• Repair locks, doors, and interior fixtures

• Support office setup, relocations, and workspace preparation

Building Systems Support

• Assist in maintaining HVAC systems (ventilation and air conditioning)

• Perform basic electrical work (lighting, sockets, switches)

• Support plumbing and water system maintenance

Coordination & Supervision

• Coordinate and oversee external contractors when required

• Ensure specialized work is completed safely and efficiently

Documentation & Safety

• Maintain maintenance logs and track tools/materials inventory

• Ensure all facilities comply with safety standards

• Prepare company accommodations for employee occupancy

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role

• Good working knowledge of general maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Fluent in English
