Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs across residential and commercial properties. The roles require expertise in various maintenance areas, including AC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry. Successful candidates will work independently, collaborate with the team, and ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning of systems and equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, carry out repairs and services in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to property operations.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, and provide well-informed recommendations for future actions.

• Apply industry-recommended maintenance techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and safety.

• Support the team by transporting materials and staff to various locations as needed, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Ensure all tasks, including plumbing, electrical, AC, masonry, and painting services, are carried out with high precision and quality.

Skills Required:

• Multi-Skilled Technician: Expertise in AC, electrical, plumbing, and handyman services.

• Mason: Skilled in block work, plastering, tiling, and general masonry tasks.

• Painter: Proficient in interior and exterior painting, with a solid understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques.

• Finishing Carpenter/Tiler: Experience in carpentry and tile setting, with attention to detail in finishing work.

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.

• Valid UAE Driver’s License and experience navigating different areas of Dubai.

• Responsible, punctual, and capable of assisting the team with transporting materials and staff.
