Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of equipment by performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks. The role involves managing maintenance records, troubleshooting technical issues, and adhering to safety standards to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair histories, parts usage, and equipment performance, to support informed maintenance planning and decision-making.

• Implement maintenance procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry-leading methodologies and safety standards for a safe operational environment.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshoot, and execute rapid repairs to minimize disruptions in production.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing to identify and address potential issues before they lead to breakdowns, extending equipment lifespan.

• Use hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, to perform efficient and precise repairs of malfunctioning equipment.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities, repair histories, and equipment performance to aid in strategic scheduling and decision-making.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear updates and reports to team members and management regarding maintenance activities.

• Proficient in operating a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized diagnostic equipment for efficient troubleshooting and repairs.

• Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, with the ability to proactively identify and address potential equipment issues.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve technical issues under pressure.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
