We are hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for carrying out routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical faults, and ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within residential and commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

• Inspect equipment and facility systems to identify faults, potential issues, or safety hazards.

• Diagnose and repair issues related to wiring, switches, motors, pumps, HVAC units, and basic plumbing.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve problems efficiently.

• Maintain service logs and report any recurring technical issues.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during maintenance operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in general MEP maintenance.

• Secondary School or Technical Certificate in Maintenance or a relevant trade.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines.

• Good physical condition and ability to work under pressure.

• Nationalities preferred: Indian, Nepali, Pakistani.

• Must be male and willing to work full-time in Dubai.

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 (₹56,251 – ₹78,751)
