TGC Middle East is hiring an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a leading manufacturing client in the tin and lead smelting & refining industry. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience in maintaining industrial equipment within metal processing plants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of furnaces, kettles, and plant machinery, contributing to smooth production processes and reduced downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of furnaces, kettles, and smelting equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of plant machinery
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions efficiently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in tin/lead smelting or metal refining industry
• Proven expertise in maintaining furnaces, kettles, and industrial machinery
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
