Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain dairy manufacturing machinery.

• Set up machines and ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.

• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency.

• Handle equipment safely, including lifting and moving machinery parts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Basic knowledge of safety and health regulations.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
