The company offers exceptional wellness stays at world-class hotels, spas, and medical retreats focusing on detox, anti-aging, and weight loss programs.
We are seeking a Luxury Wellness Travel Agent (M/F) to join our growing international team in Dubai. This client-facing, sales-driven role involves managing inquiries and bookings for English, French, and Arabic-speaking clients, delivering bespoke travel design and booking support tailored to the luxury wellness market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for wellness and luxury hospitality, and a strong sales orientation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Client Inquiries & Relationship Management:

Respond to inbound inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone regarding wellness retreat options.

Provide personalized travel planning and booking services to UHNW clients.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings with luxury hotels, spas, and medical wellness resorts.

Build and maintain relationships with international partners including luxury hotels, clinics, and spas.

Represent and promote the brand across Dubai and the GCC, focusing on expat and entrepreneur communities.
Sales & Business Growth:

Generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships to contribute to business growth.

Maintain high professionalism in all communications.

Support clients pre- and post-booking to ensure a seamless service experience.

Collaborate closely with the France-based team to ensure operational consistency.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end hospitality.

Strong sales mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Autonomous, independent, and sales-driven personality.

Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic and French language skills are significant advantages.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with UHNW clients.

Passion for wellness retreats, health-focused travel, and luxury experiences.

Existing network within wealthy expat and Emirati communities in Dubai/GCC highly desirable.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
