About the Role:

As a Luxury Travel Advisor with a focus on luxury villa bookings, you will be the expert guiding ultra-high-net-worth clients through handpicked, unforgettable villa stays worldwide. Your role is to ensure every detail — from villa selection to private chefs and spa services — is flawlessly executed, offering clients a truly personal and luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and recommend ultra-luxury villas and chalets aligned with client preferences and lifestyles.

• Coordinate all aspects of villa experiences: pre-arrival logistics, transportation, private chefs, security, childcare, spa, and concierge services.

• Manage villa bookings from inquiry through execution, ensuring seamless and exceptional service delivery.

• Prepare and enforce confidentiality agreements to protect client privacy.

• Oversee villa setup standards including staging, housekeeping, entertainment systems, ambiance, amenities, and welcome kits.

• Select and coordinate villa staff such as chefs, butlers, and cleaning teams to meet bespoke client needs.

• Serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and a global network of luxury service providers.

• Provide expert insights on elite travel destinations: French Riviera, Ibiza, Tuscany, Sardinia, Lake Como, St. Barts, and more.

• Proactively resolve issues to ensure flawless client experiences across multiple time zones.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion handling high-profile client data.

• Contribute to operational improvements and internal training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Luxury Villa Specialist or Travel Advisor focused on ultra-luxury hospitality.

• Proven ability managing complex villa bookings and curating bespoke luxury stays.

• Deep knowledge of top luxury destinations such as Sardinia, Tuscany, Lake Como, Ibiza, Marbella, Saint-Tropez, Provence, and St. Barts.

• Expertise in villa setup and staffing coordination.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and logistical skills under high-pressure environments.

• Proficient with Mac OS, G-Suite, and modern booking/CRM systems.

• High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and diplomacy for working with affluent clients and partners.

• Strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and luxury service standards.

• Flexibility to work across global time zones.
