Job Title: Luxury Sales Representative

Job Description:
Novalux Distribution is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Sales Representative to spearhead our growth in the Dubai market. This key role will focus on acquiring new high-end clients and nurturing long-term relationships, particularly within the luxury hospitality and gourmet food sectors. The Sales Representative will be instrumental in showcasing the exclusivity and quality of our products, ensuring our brand is represented with excellence across all interactions.

We are looking for a self-motivated, strategic individual who thrives in a competitive, high-end market environment and has a passion for luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Development: Identify and establish relationships with premium clients in Dubai, focusing on luxury hospitality and gastronomy sectors.

  • Product Presentation and Consultation: Present and demonstrate the value of our products through tastings and personalized consultations to meet client needs.

  • Account Management and Retention: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure loyalty to the Novalux brand.

  • Negotiation and Sales Closure: Lead strategic negotiations on pricing and terms, ensuring alignment with Novalux’s exclusivity and profitability goals.

  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the administrative team to manage orders, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Gather insights on trends and consumer preferences in the Dubai luxury market to refine sales strategies.

  • Technological Tools: Use the company’s CRM system to manage client data, track sales opportunities, and improve communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in selling luxury products, gourmet food, or high-end consumer goods.

  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury and premium food sectors, including trends and consumer preferences.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-end clients.

  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of Dubai’s cultural and business norms, able to interact professionally in a diverse environment.

  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Highly autonomous, capable of managing time, setting priorities, and working proactively with minimal supervision.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.

  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to enhance decision-making and client management.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of premium products such as olive oil, truffles, and seafood preserves.

  • Residence Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Nationality: Open to all Arab countries

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
